In low budget category, this hotel is like a hidden gem. Away from the crowded area of Cenang yet not too far from the beach or other attractions, this motel offers cottage style rooms in a quiet environment with lots of open apace around. Cenang beach is abut 2kms away.
The simple cottages are spread out and most have two independent rooms with attached baths. All the cottages have nice veranda where table and chairs are laid out for one to relax and watch the greenery around. At the center of the motel is a large garden with patches of grasses and trees.
Rooms & Amenities
The motel has two kinds of rooms - Double bedded rooms for couples and family rooms with a single and a double bed for family of three. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

All rooms have flat screen TV with limited channels, an electric kettle along with some tea/coffee bags, sugar etc so that you can make your tea/coffee, air conditioner, an wooden rack for drying clothes, free wi-fi, mirror, towels, basic toiletries like soap, gel etc, toilet paper roll, attached bathroom with shower & small instant geyser so that you get hot & cold water all the time.

The larger family rooms have a mini fridge as well. All rooms are spacious and have windows overlooking the garden outside. The toilets are quite small though and unless you are careful you may end up wetting the floor of the room outside. But overall a very nice quiet ambience.

There is a local restaurant very reasonably priced next to the motel. It remains open till late night. If you need any provision, just ask the lady who looks after the mote and she will help you find that.
They also rent scooters and can also help you get a car rental at a reasonable rate. You will ideally need a scooter or a car rented to make commuting easy. While the beach is about 2kms away, it's really not a walking distance. Most attractions of Cenang are within 2-3kms. You can of course take a taxi, but will end up spending a lot.
One part of the garden (open space) at the center of the motel is used for parking.
What we like about the hotel
1) Nice quiet environment in a garden setting yet not too far away from the beach and other attractions. All you need is a rented car or a scooter and then this can be a great budget accommodation to consider.
2) Very clean and well maintained.
3) The lady who runs and manages the hotel is extremely courteous and helpful. She will go out of the way to help you to solve any problems that you might have.
4) Have a cup of tea sitting on the veranda and enjoying the quietness and greenery around.
What can improve
1) Double beds are relatively small for couples who need a bigger sleeping space. Okay for couples with smaller built. Single bed is also quite small.
2) Blanket provided is also quite small and may not be adequate for all.
3) The air-conditioning may not be very effective in all rooms.
